Sauce aux canneberges (Franden)

Ingrédients

  • 1 sac de canneberges (10 oz)
  • 1 tasse d'eau
  • 1 tasse de sucre
  • le zeste d'un orange

Préparation

  1. Dans un chaudron, faire fondre le sucre dans l'eau. Ajouter les canneberges et le zeste, cuire 2 à 3 minutes. Laisser refroidir à la température de la pièce avant de le réfrigérer.

Cook commentary

On peut le mager chaud ou froid, je préfère froid. Servir avec de la dinde de préférence ou du rôti de porc.
