Ingredients
- 1/4 cup water 50 mL
- 2 eggs 2
- 3 tbsp butter or margarine, divided 45 mL
- 3/4 tsp salt 4 mL
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour 550 mL
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar 30 mL
- 1 1/2 tsp FLEISCHMANN'S® Bread Machine Yeast 7 mL
Preparation
- Measure ingredients into bread machine pan according to order suggested by manufacturer. Select DOUGH Cycle.
- When cycle is complete, remove dough to lightly floured surface. If necessary, knead in enough flour to make dough easy to handle (soft
- but not sticky). Shape into rolls.
- Place on greased baking sheet/pan. Cover and let rise in warm, draft-free place until almost doubled in size, about 30 minutes. Bake in 375 ˚F (190 ˚C) oven 12 to 14 minutes or until golden brown.

Knots: Divide dough into 4 portions. Divide each portion into 3 equal pieces; roll each into a 9-inch (23 cm) rope. Tie loose knot in centre of each rope.
