Ingredients
- 1½ cups FIVE ROSES All Purpose White Flour 375 mL
- 1 cup FIVE ROSES Whole Wheat Flour 250 mL
- 1 tbsp baking powder 15 mL
- 1 tsp cinnamon 5 mL
- ½ tsp salt 2 mL
- 1 cup mashed ripe bananas 250 mL
- 2/3 cup LACTANTIA® Healthy Attitudeä Margarine, melted 150 mL
- ½ cup milk 125 mL
- ½ cup packed brown sugar 125 mL
- 1 egg 1
- 2 tbsp molasses 30 mL
Preparation
- In large bowl, mix flours, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. In another bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Stir into flour mixture just until moistened.
- Spoon into large greased or paper-lined muffin tins. Bake at 400°F (200°C) about 20 minutes or until browned and firm to the touch. Cool on rack. Store in airtight container.
