Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Diana Sauce®, Cracked Pepper 175 mL
  • 4 Grilling steaks, 8 oz (250 g) each

preparation

  1. Brush Diana Sauce® generously over grilling steaks; marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature.
  2. Grill over medium high heat, turning once, until cooked as desired. Baste with additional sauce.
