AERO Chocolate Fondue

Ingredients

  • 1 cup NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Reg Evaporated Milk 250 ml
  • 4 NESTLÉ® AERO®candy bars (100 g each) 400 g

Preparation

  1. Simmer 1 cup (250 ml) NESTLÉ CARNATION Regular Evaporated Milk over medium-heat in small saucepan, stirring constantly.
  2. Remove from heat. Gradually add four 100 g NESTLÉ AERO candy bars, broken into pieces, and stir until smooth.
  3. Pour chocolate mixture into serving dish or fondue pot. Serve warm with fresh fruit and your favourite fondue dippers.

Cook commentary

Makes about 2 cups (500 ml).
This choco-licious sauce is perfect for dipping fresh fruit into and for spooning over ice cream or cake.
