Ingredients
- 2lbs (1 kg) chicken wings
- ½ cup (125 ml) ketchup
- ½ cup (125 ml) chili sauce or salsa
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) honey
- 1 tsp (5 ml) Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp (2 ml) dry mustard powder
- ¼ tsp (1 ml) cayenne pepper
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
Preparation
- Cut off wing tips and reserve for stock, if desired. Split wings in two at joint.
- Combine all remaining ingredients to makes a sauce. Coat chicken wings in sauce, and arrange in single layer on large, foil-covered baking sheet.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake for 40 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink inside
