Sauce aigre-douce

Ingrédients

  • 213 ml (7 onces) de sauce tomate
  • 60 ml (1/4 tasse) de vinaigre de vin rouge
  • 125 ml (1/2 tasse) d'eau froide
  • 60 ml (1/4 tasse) de succédané de sucre
  • 1 ml (1/4 c. à thé) de sel
  • 1 ml (1/4 c. à thé) de paprika
  • 1 ml (1/4 c. à thé) de tout-épice

Préparation

  1. Dans une petite casserole, déposer tous les ingrédients. Porter à ébullition et laisser mijoter environ 4 minutes.

4 Portions (N.B. 1 portion = 102 g)
Servir chaud ou froid. Cette sauce est excellente avec du poulet ou de la fondue chinoise. Elle se conserve environ 10 jours.
