Vin cuit aux canneberges

Ingrédients

  • 1-1/2 tasse (375 mL) Ocean Spray® Cocktail aux canneberges
  • 1 1/2 tasse (375 mL) vin rouge sec
  • 3/4 c. à thé (4 mL) chacun de zeste de citron et d'orange rape
  • 6 cardamoms entières
  • 6 clous de girofle
  • 2 à 3 pouces (7.5 cm) bâtons de cannelle
  • 1/4 tasse (50 mL) Craisins® Canneberges sèches sucrées
  • 2 c. à table (30 mL) amandes effilées

Préparation

  1. Combiner tous les ingredients, sauf les Craisins® et les amandes, dans un grand poêlon. Porter à ébullition, baisser le feu et laisser mijoter 15 minutes. Filtrer le punch pour en retirer les épices.
  2. Placer 1 c. à table (15 mL) de Craisins® et 1 ½ c. à thé (7 mL) d'amandes au fond de chaque verre à punch. Verser le vin cuit sur le mélange.
