MAPLE SYRUP FONDUE Click to enlarge

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of soft butter
  • 2 tablespoons of white flour
  • 1 cup of maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 cups of 35% cream
  • 125 g of cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup of sliced, roasted almonds
  • Fresh fruit of your choic

Preparation

  1. Mix butter and flour to obtain kneaded butter. Put aside.
  2. Bring the maple syrup and cream to a boil in a casserole. Add the cream cheese and kneaded butter. Simmer gently for 2-3 minutes.
  3. When serving, add almonds and accompany with fruit.
