Confiture de prunes damson

Ingrédients

  • 1,25 kg (2-1/2 lbs) de prunes damson
  • 3 tasses d'eau
  • 1-1/4 tasse de sucre pour chaque tasse de pulpe

Préparation

  1. Faites les cuire doucement jusqu'à ce qu'elles soient réduites en purée et ôtez les noyaux. Ajoutez 1-1/4 tasse de sucre pour chaque tasse de pulpe. Amenez au point de gélification.
  2. Retirez la confiture du feu et laissez-la prendre. remplissez les bocaux stérilisés chauds; fermez
