ingredient
- 1 baguette, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) softened butter
- 1/4 lb (125 g) Canadian Borgonzola cheese, cut in small cubes
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) Brandy
- Pinch of paprika
- Salt and pepper
- 1/4 lb (125 g) thinly sliced prosciutto, finely chopped
- Grated Canadian Parmesan cheese
Preparation
- Spread bread slices lightly with butter and grill in oven for a few minutes. Set aside.
- In bowl, mix Canadian Borgonzola cheese with Brandy. Add paprika and season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix well. Spread cheese mixture on grilled bread and return to oven for a few minutes until cheese begins to melt.
- Arrange on serving dish, garnish each slice with prosciutto and top with Canadian Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately
