ingredient
- 2 pork tenderloins
- Ground pepper
- Paprika
Garlic and Lime Butter
- 1/4 lb (125 g) butter, softened
- 1 1/2 tbsp (30 mL) lime juice
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) finely chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
- Season tenderloins with pepper and paprika. Cook on grill over medium-high heat for 10 minutes. Remove from grill and cut each tenderloin into six slices.
- Serve three slices per person and top each one with small Garlic and Lime Butter ring. Serve with new potatoes and steamed broccoli.
Garlic and Lime Butter
- In bowl, blend together butter and other ingredients with fork. Mix until well blended and place it on sheet of waxed paper. Spread butter lengthwise and roll paper into 1-inch (2.5 cm) cylinder (roughly the size of a quarter). Refrigerate.
