ingredient
- 1 pkg (175 g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) corn syrup
- 3/4 cup (175 mL) whipping cream (35%)
Preparation
- In medium saucepan, combine chocolate chips and corn syrup. Cook and stir over low heat until smooth.
- Gradually stir in whipping cream. Continue cooking and stirring until hot. Serve warm or cool over ice cream
