ingredient
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) butter
- 1 cup (250 mL) packed brown sugar
- 2/3 cup (150 mL) whipping cream (35 %)
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) corn syrup
Preparation
- In medium saucepan, melt butter. Stir in sugar, whipping cream and corn syrup. Bring mixture to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly. Serve warm or cool over ice cream.
