- 1/2 cup (125 mL) frozen pink lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 1 1/2 tsp (7 mL) corn starch
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) whipping cream (35%)

Pink Lemonade Cream
- Combine lemonade concentrate and corn starch. Stir over medium-high heat until mixture comes to a boil and thickens. Cool. Whip cream until thick. Fold lemonade mixture into whipped cream. akes 1 1/2 cups (375 mL).
