Ingredients
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil 30 mL
- 4 MAPLE LEAF Prime Naturally*? Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, chopped 4
- 1 medium onion, chopped 1
- 4 tsp PATAK'S Mild Curry Paste 20 mL
- 6 tbsp water 90 mL
- 1 cup canned diced tomatoes 237 mL
- 1 tbsp PATAK'S Mango Chutney 15 mL
- Cooked rice, or Naan bread
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro 15 mL
Preparation
- Heat oil and brown chicken. Add onions and sauté until translucent.
- Add curry paste, water and tomatoes. Cover and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in mango chutney; serve over rice or with Naan bread. Garnish with cilantro.
