Ingrédients

  • 1/2 tasse d'huile d'olive
  • 2 c. à thé de curry
  • 1 c. à thé de bouillon de légumes
  • 1 c. à thé de moutarde sèche
  • 1 c. à soupe de gingembre frais râpé
  • 2 gousses d'ail hachées finement
  • Le jus d'un citron

Préparation

  1. Mélanger tous les ingrédients de la marinade, ajouter les cubes de poulet et laissez mariner 6 heures.
  2. Embrocher les cubes en alternant avec le piment et les oignons. Cuire sur le gril 12 à 15 minutes et tourner et badigeonner.
