Ingrédients

  • 1/4 de tasse de sauce soya
  • 2 c. à table de sauce teriyaki
  • 1 c. à table de gingembre frais râpé
  • 2 gousses d' ail hachées très finement
  • 2 c. à table de cassonade
  • 1/4 de tasse de bouillon de boeuf ou de poulet dégraissé
  • 2 c. à table de sherry.

Préparation

  1. Mélanger tous les ingrédients ensemble. Mariner Boeuf, porc ou poulet. Minimum 6 heures ou toute la nuit.
