Maple vinaigrette (IGA)

Ingredients

  • 150 ml (2/3 cup) olive oil
  • 80 ml (1/3 cup) apple-cider vinegar
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) maple syrup
  • 5 ml (1 teaspoon) orange zest, grated
  • 3 ml (1/2 teaspoon) Dijon mustard
  • 3 ml (1/2 teaspoon) dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Just before serving, shake vigorously in a closed container to ensure that the ingredients are mixed thoroughly. Serve the vinaigrette on the side. Your guests can each dress their own salads.
