Sauce à l'oignon

Ingrédients

  • 3 gros oignons tranchés en rondelles
  • 4 c à table de beurre
  • 4 c à table de farine
  • 2 tasses de bouillon de boeuf
  • sel et poivre

Préparation

  1. Faire revenir les oignons dans le beurre et saupoudrer de farine tout en brassant pour former un beau roux. Ajouter le bouillon de boeuf et laisser cuire en brassant jusqu'à ce que la sauce soit onctueuse. Assaisonner.
