Soupe au chou nappa

Ingrédients

  • ½ chou nappa tranché en morceaux de 1 pouce
  • 3 carottes tranchées mince
  • 3 branches de céleri tranchées minces
  • 1 oignon tranché
  • ½ à ¾ de tasse de petites pâtes (coquilles)
  • 10 tasses de bouillon de poulet (moi 1 ½ c. à thé en poudre par tasse)

Préparation

  1. Porter à ébullition le bouillon de poulet, les carottes, le céleri et l'oignon
  2. Mijoter 15 minutes, ajouter les pâtes et le chou nappa tranché. Cuire environ 10 minutes
