Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup (175 mL) packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons (45 mL) all purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon (15 mL) milk
  • 1 teaspoon (5 mL) vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup (75 mL) butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 cup (250 mL) pecan pieces
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) CHIPITS Semi Sweet Baking Chips
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) CHIPITS REESE® Peanut Butter Baking Chips
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
  • Vanilla ice cream or whipped topping (optional)

Preparation

  1. Heat oven to 375°F (190°C). In medium bowl, stir together brown sugar, granulated sugar and flour; beat in eggs, milk, vanilla and melted butter.
  2. Stir in pecan pieces, CHIPITS semi-sweet chips and CHIPITS peanut butter chips; pour into pie crust.
  3. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or just until set and golden brown. Cool completely on wire rack. Serve with ice cream, if desired.
