Ingredients
- 3/4 cup (175 mL) packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons (45 mL) all purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon (15 mL) milk
- 1 teaspoon (5 mL) vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) butter or margarine, melted
- 1 cup (250 mL) pecan pieces
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) CHIPITS Semi Sweet Baking Chips
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) CHIPITS REESE® Peanut Butter Baking Chips
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
- Vanilla ice cream or whipped topping (optional)
Preparation
- Heat oven to 375°F (190°C). In medium bowl, stir together brown sugar, granulated sugar and flour; beat in eggs, milk, vanilla and melted butter.
- Stir in pecan pieces, CHIPITS semi-sweet chips and CHIPITS peanut butter chips; pour into pie crust.
- Bake 35 to 40 minutes or just until set and golden brown. Cool completely on wire rack. Serve with ice cream, if desired.
