Ingredients
- 1pkg (300 g) CHIPITS® REESE® Peanut Butter Chips
- 1 cup (250mL) soft butter
- 1 1/4 cups (300mL) granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp (5mL) vanilla
- 2 1/2 cups (625mL) all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp (5mL) baking powder
- 1 tsp (5mL) baking soda
- 3/4 tsp (4mL) salt
- 1 1/2 cups (375mL) CHIPITS® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips and/or REESE® Peanut Butter Chips
Directions
- Microwave peanut butter chips in medium bowl, on MEDIUM until just beginning to lose their shape. Stir until smooth; set aside.
- In large bowl with electric mixer, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. In medium bowl, mix together flour, baking powder and soda and salt; mix into egg mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Fold in melted peanut butter chips to mix just slightly. Spoon about tablespoonful of batter onto greased baking sheet.
- Bake in 375°F (190°C) oven 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on rack; store in covered container.
