Ingrédients

  • 5 tasses d'eau
  • 2 c. à thé de persil
  • 2 gousses d'ail haché
  • 2 feuilles de laurier
  • 1/2 canne de consommé de boeuf
  • 1 c. à table de sauce à fruits de mer
  • 1-1/2 tasse de vin blanc
  • 1/2 c. à thé de poivre noir moulu

Préparation

  1. Amener à ébullition. Faire mijoter pendant 30-40 minutes. Après avoir fini de manger brasser un oeuf dans le bouillon chaud et servir.
