Easy Carrot Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing or MIRACLE WHIP CALORIE-WISE Dressing
  • 1 pkg (2-layer size) yellow cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 cups finely grated carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Direction

  1. BEAT dressing, cake mix, eggs, water and cinnamon at medium speed with electric mixer for 3 minutes.
  2. STIR in carrots and walnuts. Pour into greased 13 x 9 inch (33 x 23 cm) baking dish.
  3. BAKE at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool completely and frost with your favourite frosting.
