Ingredients CRUST
- 2 cups (500 mL) all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup (175 mL) butter
TOPPING
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup (250 mL) granulated sugar
- 1 cup (250 mL) corn syrup
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) butter, melted
- 1 (300g) pkg CHIPITS Butterscotch Chips
- 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) coarsely chopped cashews
DirectionsCRUST
- Combine all ingredients for crust, mixing until crumbly. Press firmly into greased 13" x 9" (33 cm x 23 cm) cake pan.
- Bake at 350°F (180°C). for 15 to 18 minutes, or until light golden.
TOPPING
- Beat eggs, sugar, syrup and melted butter together until blended. Stir in butterscotch chips and cashews. Pour evenly over crust
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes longer, or until set and golden. Cool completely then cut into bars.
