Ingredients
- 1/2 cup(118 mL) butter or margarine, softened
- 3/4 cup (177 mL) sugar
- 1/3 cup (78 mL) Creamy or Crunchy Peanut Butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 mL) vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups (296 mL) all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 mL) baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon (1.2 mL) salt
- 1 cup (237 mL) CHIPITS REESE® Peanut Butter Baking Chips
Directions
- In large bowl, beat butter, sugar and peanut butter until creamy. Add egg and vanilla; beat well. Stir together flour, baking soda and salt; blend into butter mixture.
- Stir in CHIPITS peanut butter chips; drop by scant 1/4 cupfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet, 6 cookies per sheet.
- Heat oven to 350°F (180°C). Bake 12 to 16 minutes or until lightly browned around edges. Cool 1 minute; remove to wire rack. Cool completely.
