Ingredients
- 3/4 cup (175mL) CHIPITS® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Baking Chips
- 1/2 cup (125mL) CHIPITS® MINI KISSES®
- 1/2 cup (125mL) butter
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup (175mL) granulated sugar
- 2-3 tsp (10-15mL) instant coffee powder
- 2 tsp (10mL) vanilla
- 2/3 cup (150mL) all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp (2mL) baking powder
- 1-1/2 cups (300mL) CHIPITS® MINI KISSES®
- 1-1/4 cups (300mL) chopped pecans
Directions
- MELT first three ingredients in small saucepan, stirring until smooth. Cool slightly, about 15 minutes.
- BEAT eggs and sugar on high speed of electric mixer until well blended.
- STIR in chocolate mixture, coffee and vanilla. Stir in flour and baking powder. Mix well. Stir in 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) KISSES® and pecans.
- DROP dough by tablespoons onto parchment lined baking sheets.
- BAKE at 350°F (180°C) for 10 to 15 minutes or until top cracks but cookies are still moist inside. Cool 10 minutes, then transfer cookies to racks; cool completely.
