Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 sliced bagel
- 3 tablespoons of maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon of butter
Preparation
- Melt the butter on low heat in a non-stick frying pan. Toast the bagel halves (crust down), in the pan, until golden in colour.
- Turn the bagel halves around. Break an egg into the centre of each bagel. Cook for 2-3 minutes for the desired doneness.
- Pour the maple syrup into the pan and cook for 1 minute. Accompany with fresh fruit and serve immediately
