Ingredients
- 6 types of deseeded and cored fruit (apples, pears, peaches, bananas, etc.)
- 30 ml of unsalted butter (2 tbsp)
- 125 ml of maple syrup (1/2 cup)
- 30 ml of lemon juice (2 tbsp)
- 80 ml of dry raisins, dried cranberries or apricots (1/3 cup)
- 60 ml of crushed nuts (walnuts, almonds, pecans, etc.) (1/4 cup)
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 210 °C (425 °F). Halve the fruits - bananas should be halved lengthwise. Place into an oven-proof dish (peel down).
- In a pan, combine the butter, the maple syrup, the lemon juice, the dry fruits and the crushed nuts.
- Bring to a boil and simmer for 3 min. Pour the dry fruit and nut mix over the fruit and bake in the oven for 15 min.
