Ingredients
- 600 g (4 cups) frozen blackberries
- 100 ml (7 tbsp) maple syrup
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) lime juice
- 250 ml (1 cup) custard
- 100 g (2/3 cup) seasonal berries (blueberries, raspberries, etc.)
Directions
- Arrange blackberries, maple syrup and lime juice in the food processor and grind. Add custard and continue to mix well.
- Pour preparation obtained in step 2 into a tray then add fresh berries to garnish and freeze for 15 minutes.
- Serve in fancy dessert cups or in chocolate cookie tulips. For a prettier presentation, arrange tulip on a plate decorated with a fresh fruit coulis and custard.
