Ingredients
- 1½ lb. (675 g) skin-on salmon fillets
- Marinade
- 1 cup (250 mL) Irresistibles maple syrup*
- ½ cup (125 mL) white wine or pure apple juice
- 2 Irresistibles bay leaves*
- 1 garlic clove, sliced very fine
- Freshly ground white or pink pepper to taste
- Pinch of salt
Preparation
- Combine all marinade ingredients. Marinate salmon fillets, skin-side up, in the refrigerator for about two hours.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Remove and drain fillets. Bake until fish is opaque and can be easily flaked with a fork, about 8 minutes
