Ingredients
- 12 eggs 12
- 2 cups cottage cheese 500 mL
- 1/4 cup melted butter 60 mL
- 1/2 cup flour 125 mL
- 1 tsp baking powder 5 mL
- 2 cups Swiss or cheddar cheese, grated 500 mL
- 1/2 cup green onion, chopped 125 mL
- 1 medium tomato, diced 1
- 2 cups Schneiders Olde Fashioned® Ham, diced 500 mL
- OR
- Schneiders Fat Free® Ham, diced
- 1/2 pkg 65 g Schneiders Fully Cooked Bacon, diced 1/2 pkg
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 125 mL
Preparation
- In large bowl whisk eggs. In medium bowl mix cottage cheese, butter, flour and baking powder together. Whisk into eggs. Stir in cheese, onion, tomato and ham.
- Pour into lightly greased 9"x13" (3.5 L) baking pan. Sprinkle with bacon pieces and Parmesan cheese. Bake in 400°F (200°C) oven for 15 minutes, reduce temperature to 325°F (160°C) and bake an additional 40-50 minutes or when a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
