Ingredients
- 3/4 cup (175 mL) port or sweet wine (sherry, madeira or marsala)
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) orange juice
- 2 tsp (10 mL) corn starch
- 1 Tbsp (15 mL) sugar
- 1 clover garlic, minced
- 3-4 slices (1/2in/2 cm thick) Schneiders® Olde Fashioned Ham® (about 700 g)
- 1 each large pear and apple cored and cut into 12 wedges
