Ingredients
- 2 lbs (1 kg) boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 3/4 cup (175 mL) French's® Mustard
- 3/4 cup (175 mL) packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
- Place chicken in non-metallic dish. Whisk together remaining ingredients. Pour 1 cup (250 mL) sauce over chicken; marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes. Set aside remaining sauce.
- Grill or broil chicken 10 minutes, brushing with marinade, or until chicken is no longer pink inside. (Discard marinade.) Heat reserved sauce to boiling. Simmer 5 minutes until sauce thickens, stirring often. Serve with chicken.
