Ingredients
- 1/2 cup LEA & PERINS Worcestershire Sauce 125 mL
- 1/4 cup olive oil 50 mL
- 1 tbsp dried rosemary, crushed 15 mL
- 3 cloves garlic, minced 3
- 4 MAPLE LEAF Prime Naturally? Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (about 1 lb/500 g) 4
Preparation
- Place Worcestershire sauce, oil, rosemary and garlic in screw top jar and shake vigorously until well blended.
- Place chicken breasts in shallow dish or plastic bag and add marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 1-24 hours, turning occasionally in the marinade.
- Grill over medium-high heat 5-7 minutes per side, until juices run clear.

Serves 4.
Variation: Instead of rosemary, use dried oregano or thyme or a combination of herbs.
