Ingredients
- 2 tsp vegetable oil 10 mL
- 1 lb MAPLE LEAF Prime Naturally,Ground Chicken 500 g
- 2 garlic cloves, minced (or 2 TOPPITS Garlic Cubes)
- 1 tsp gingerroot, minced 5 mL
- 1 cup RENEE'S GOURMET? Teriyaki Herb Sizzlin' Sauce, divided 250 mL
- 1 cup each broccoli florets, red pepper strips, and sliced mushrooms 250 mL
- Cooked rice or Asian Noodles
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
Preparation
- Heat oil in a large frypan or wok. Add ground chicken, garlic, and gingerroot; stir-fry until chicken is no longer pink.
- Add 1/2 cup (125 mL) Teriyaki Herb Sauce, broccoli, peppers and mushrooms. Continue to stir-fry, stirring frequently, until vegetables are just tender-crisp.
- Add remaining Teriyaki Herb Sauce. Serve over rice or noodles. Garnish with green onions.
