- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup SO GOOD® Soy Original Fortified Beverage 250 mL
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 125 mL
- 2 tbsp olive oil 30 mL
- 1 1/3 cups mashed ripe banana (about 3 med) 325 mL
- 2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour 625 mL
- 1 tbsp baking powder 15 mL
- 1 tsp salt 5 mL
- 1 tsp cinnamon 5 mL
- 1 cup chopped dried figs (about 200 g), dates or raisins 250 mL
