Ingredients
- 4 cups torn Romaine or Iceberg lettuce 1 L
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red sweet onion 125 mL
- 1 cup sliced English cucumber 250 mL
- 2/3 cup crumbled feta cheese 150 mL
- 1/3 cup kalamata olives 75 mL
- 8 Sunset® Campari Tomatoes, cut into halves or wedges 8
- 1/2 cup Greek-style vinaigrette dressing 125 mL
Preparation
- In large bowl, combine lettuce, onion, cucumber, cheese and olives. Toss with dressing. Place in serving bowls. Top with tomato wedges.
