Ingredients
- 1 ZIPLOC® Zip'n Steam? large bag
- 2 6 oz/170 g salmon steaks
- 2 cups chopped sweet yellow, red or green peppers 500 mL
- 1 tbsp each: red wine vinegar, olive oil 15 mL
- 1 tsp each: garlic powder, dried oregano 5 mL
- 1/2 tsp salt 2.5 mL
Soy and Lemon Sauce
- 2 tbsp each: soy sauce, freshly squeezed lemon juice 30 mL
- 1 tsp granulated sugar 5 mL
Preparation
- Remove skin and bones from salmon; cut into bite-size pieces. Place salmon, peppers, vinegar, olive oil, garlic powder and oregano into Ziploc® Zip'n Steam? bag; shake to mix. Pat ingredients into an even, single layer.
- Microwave on HI power about 4 minutes or until salmon is cooked and flakes easily. If needed, microwave at 30 second intervals until done. Let stand 1 minute before handling. Squeeze bag gently to distribute seasonings; open bag carefully. Serve drizzled with sauce.

- Soy Lemon Sauce: Stir together sauce ingredients in small bowl.
