Salmon with Red Pepper and Corn Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 red pepper, cut into ½-inch (1 cm) pieces
  • 1 cup cooked corn 250 mL
  • ¼ cup minced red onion 50 mL
  • 1 Tbsp MRS. DASH® Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend 15 mL
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice 15 mL
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil 15 mL
  • 1 Tbsp liquid honey 15 mL
  • ¼ cup minced fresh parsley 50 mL
  • 4 salmon steaks or fillets (approx. 6 oz / 175 g each)
  • Olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp MRS. DASH® Chicken Grilling Blend 30 mL
