Hot Fudge Topping

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup BEEHIVE® or CROWN® Golden Corn Syrup 125 mL
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips 125 mL
  • 3 tbsp cream, milk, or NESTLE Carnation Evaporated Milk 45 mL

Preparation

  1. In a small saucepan combine corn syrup, chocolate chips and cream. Stir over medium heat until chocolate melts and sauce is smooth. Serve warm topping over ice cream.

Makes about 1 1/4 cups (300 mL), or 10 servings.
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 5 minutes
Tip: Store any leftover toppings in refrigerator. Reheat in microwave to serve.
