Ingredients
- 3 cups chopped, peeled and stoned peaches (or 2 cups/500 mL mashed) 750 mL
- 1 pkg (200 g) DR. oeTKER® Jam Express gelling powder
Preparation
- Prepare fruit and place in large microwaveable bowl. Stir in gelling powder. Microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes. Stir well. Microwave on HIGH for 2 more minutes. Stir well.
- Fill two clean 250 mL canning jars with jam to top edge; cover with sealing lids. Place jars upside down for 5 minutes and allow to cool. Allow 12 hours to fully set. Store unopened jars in cool, dark place. Refrigerate opened jars.
