Ingredient
- 1 pouch Lipton Onion Recipe Soup Mix
- 1/3 cup Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil 75 mL
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar 30 mL
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 lbs red potatoes, cut into 1-inch (2.5 cm) cubes 1 kg
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh basil leaves 15 mL
Preparation
- n a large bowl, blend Lipton Onion Recipe Soup mix, olive oil, vinegar and garlic; stir in potatoes.
- Place potatoes on a large sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil. Wrap foil loosely around mixture, sealing edges airtight with double fold.
- Grill, shaking package occasionally and turning package once, 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Spoon into serving bowl and toss with basil and pepper.
