Grilled Potato Salad

Ingredient

  • 1 pouch Lipton Onion Recipe Soup Mix
  • 1/3 cup Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil 75 mL
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar 30 mL
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 lbs red potatoes, cut into 1-inch (2.5 cm) cubes 1 kg
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh basil leaves 15 mL

Preparation

  1. n a large bowl, blend Lipton Onion Recipe Soup mix, olive oil, vinegar and garlic; stir in potatoes.
  2. Place potatoes on a large sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil. Wrap foil loosely around mixture, sealing edges airtight with double fold.
  3. Grill, shaking package occasionally and turning package once, 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Spoon into serving bowl and toss with basil and pepper.
