Couscous aux fruits

Ingrédients

  • 80 ml (1/3 tasse) semoule de blé moyen (couscous)
  • 80 ml (1/3 tasse) jus d'ananas, bouillant
  • 15 ml (1 c. à soupe) beurre Irresistibles*
  • 250 ml (1 tasse) fruits en morceaux
  • 60 ml (1/4 tasse) jus d'ananas
  • 30 ml (2 c. à soupe) sucre*
  • 30 ml (2 c. à soupe) menthe fraîche, hachée

Préparation

  1. Dans un grand bol, faire gonfler la semoule de blé dans le jus d'ananas bouillant pendant 5 minutes. Ajouter le beurre et mélanger à la fourchette.
  2. Ajouter le reste des ingrédients. Bien mélanger et réfrigérer pendant 30 minutes. Servir dans des coupes.
