Ingrédients

  • 8 tranches de pain pumpernickel
  • 6 ½ oz (200 g) d'Havarti canadien, tranché
  • 4 oz (120 g) de saumon fumé
  • 1 c. à soupe (15 ml) d'aneth frais, haché

Préparation

  1. Répartir le fromage, le saumon et l'aneth uniformément sur les 4 tranches de pain.Garnir des quatre autres tranches de pain.
  2. Chauffer la poêle à feu moyen-doux et cuire les sandwichs environ 5 minutes de chaque côté, ou jusqu'à ce que le pain soit grillé et que le fromage soit fondu.
