Moutarde suédoise

Ingrédients

  • 1/2 tasse de moutarde seche
  • 1/2 tasse de sucre
  • 1/4 tasse d'eau bouillante
  • 2 c table d'huile végétale
  • 2 c thé de Worcestershire
  • 1/2 c thé sel
  • 2 c thé de vinaigre de cidre

Préparation

  1. Tout mettre dans un blender et procéder 1 minute, bien gratter les bord à la spatule etcontinuer 30 sec. Mettre dans un pot hermetique et laisser 24 heures avant d'utiliser.

Donne 3/4 tasse.
