Confiture de fraises au gingembre

Ingrédients

  • 500 ml (2 tasses) de fraises lavées, équeutées et asséchées
  • 250 ml (1 tasse) de sucre
  • 45 g (1 1/2 oz) de gingembre frais, râpé

Préparation

  1. Combiner tous les ingrédients dans une grande casserole. Faire cuire, à feu doux, 1 heure, en remuant de temps à autre.
  2. Verser la confiture dans un grand bocal ou dans deux petits. Laisser refroidir à la température ambiante, puis réfrigérer 48 heures avant de consommer.
