Coulis de framboises 4

Ingrédients

  • 2 tasses (500 ml) de framboises FraiseBec fraîches
  • 125 ml (1/2 tasse) d'eau
  • 1/3 de tasse (80 ml) ou plus de sucre à fruits

Préparation

  1. Laisser reposer à la température de la pièce pendant au moins 1 heure avant de tamiser.
  2. On peut également utiliser des framboises congelées, 1 paquet de 10 oz (300 g) de framboises congelées, sucrées.
  3. Tamiser les framboises pour en extraire toutes les graines et les jeter. Réfrigérer jusqu'au moment de servir.
