Ingrédients

  • 1 lb de rhubarbe rose
  • 1/4 tasse de farine
  • 1/2 tasse de cassonade tassée
  • 2 c à soupe de beurre
  • 1 ou 2 c à soupe de jus d'orange ou de citron.

Préparation

  1. Foncer un moule beurré, rond ou rectangulaire de 1 litres, de rhubarbe rose coupée en petits morceaux.
  2. Mélanger rapidement à la fourchette le reste des ingrédients. Saupoudrer cette garniture sur la rhubarbe Cuire au four préchauffé à 400F. 30 minutes.
